Forbes Bros. Group of Companies seeks an experienced Regional Fleet Lead for transmission and distribution line projects. You will coordinate fleet resources with Operations, monitor utilization, and maintain reliable equipment performance. The position includes travel throughout Ontario, occasional Cambridge office attendance, and hybrid work as required.
Key Responsibilities: Align fleet and personnel resources with project schedules
Monitor utilization, inventories, vehicle condition, and performance
Lead maintenance repairs and preventive servicing




Audit inspections and verify regulatory documentation
Coordinate equipment movement, vendors, parts, and tooling
Requirements: Minimum five years’ vehicle fleet management experience
Minimum three years’ supervisory experience
Knowledge of fleet technologies and industry practices
Working knowledge of federal, provincial, and state regulations
Microsoft Word, Excel, and communication skills
Bring fleet management, maintenance leadership, and regulatory knowledge to Forbes Bros. projects throughout Ontario.
