Assess existing roofs and build accurate retrofit estimates as a Re-Roofing Estimator with Bothwell-Accurate in Winchester, Ontario. This is a full time onsite role.
With over 90 years in roofing, waterproofing, cladding, and glazing, Bothwell-Accurate serves commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. You will estimate replacement and recovery projects by reviewing documents, evaluating roof conditions, and accounting for complex retrofit requirements. The role reports to the Re-Roofing Estimating Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Review plans, specifications, reports, and related project documents
Conduct site visits, core cuts, and moisture scans
Identify structural issues, water damage, and substrate repairs
Include demolition, tear-off,



and disposal costs
Prepare detailed bids, contingencies, and cost breakdowns
Requirements: Three or more years of roofing estimating experience
Re-roofing and retrofit project experience
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
Blueprint, specification, and roof condition report reading skills
Valid driver’s license
Use roofing analysis, mathematical accuracy, and retrofit estimating expertise to support Bothwell-Accurate projects from Winchester.
