This 36 to 48 month program suits recent university or college graduates from all disciplines. You will gain practical experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, account management, sales, and operations. The program prepares you to lead a Profit Centre.
Key Responsibilities: Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and vendor coordination
Build customer relationships and develop material quotes
Win business opportunities and grow key accounts
Lead teams and manage operational performance
Analyze financials and make strategic business decisions
Requirements: Recent university or college graduate in any discipline
Solid leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Interest in sales and business development
Microsoft Office proficiency and valid driver’s license
Develop leadership, sales, supply chain, and operational expertise while preparing to manage an EMCO Profit Centre.
