Build Level 4 plumbing expertise with J. Hansen HVAC Group Inc. while supporting installations, repairs, and maintenance under licensed Journeyman Plumbers. This Manitoba apprenticeship is safety-focused.
The Plumbing Apprentice supports domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing work while progressing through an approved apprenticeship program. Daily tasks involve blueprints, plumbing systems, hand and power tools, and customer service. You will also assist with gas piping under licensed Gas Fitter supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for plumbing layouts
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems
Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using tools
Install water supply, waste, and drainage systems




Maintain organized sites and complete service documentation
Requirements: Secondary school completion and approved apprenticeship enrollment
Registered Manitoba Plumbing Apprentice, Level 4 preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn trade skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract willingness
Develop Manitoba plumbing skills through supervised installation, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and service support as a Level 4 Plumbing Apprentice.
