The position welcomes experienced Travel Agents, current graduates, and candidates starting travel careers. You will provide travel services, maintain accurate client files, and build reliable follow-up practices. Training is provided for candidates without previous experience.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional worldwide travel services to Members
Serve non-Members with travel planning assistance
Keep client records and files consistently updated




Maintain organized client information and documentation
Provide regular follow-up with clients
Requirements: Two to three years of customer service and sales experience
TICO certification completed, underway, or willingness to complete
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Availability for stated call centre operating hours
Use customer service, sales, communication, and organizational skills to support CAA Travel clients worldwide with dependable follow-up.
