As a Route Service Representative, you will serve as the primary customer contact while operating independently in a field-based service role. You will manage deliveries, grow accounts, troubleshoot service issues, and introduce garments and products that meet customer needs. The position combines customer service, route efficiency, safe driving, and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver and pick up garments and products daily
Load and unload route trucks for daily operations
Maintain accurate, on-time deliveries and returns
Build customer relationships and address service needs
Identify upselling opportunities and grow assigned routes
Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or CAEC
Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
Customer service, route sales, or delivery experience preferred
Bring dependable service, protected driving, relationship building, and sales skills to UniFirst's customer-focused route operations.
