Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, continence, mobility, and transfers
Support eating, drinking, nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
Provide medication prompting, monitoring, recording, and concern reporting
Offer companionship, reassurance,



and support with relationships or activities
Complete care notes, incident reports, and professional communications
Requirements: Right to work in the UK
Good spoken and written English
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and bank holidays
