Coordinate WestJet facility operations in Calgary using Corrigo, vendor management, and building systems knowledge. This full-time role is in office.
JLL seeks an experienced Facilities Coordinator for the WestJet account. You will support multiple facilities through administrative coordination, technical operations, work orders, compliance, and stakeholder communication. The position reports to the Account Manager or Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Corrigo work orders from entry through completion
Coordinate vendors, contractors, access, schedules, and documentation
Monitor HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, FLS, and BMS systems
Track inspections, compliance records, safety drills, and preventive maintenance
Coordinate moves, events,



janitorial services, supplies, and fleet activities
Requirements: Three to five years of facility coordination or building operations experience
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and FLS systems
Experience with Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and RAIC eligibility
Flexibility for on-call, evening, and weekend coverage
Bring organized coordination, vendor oversight, Corrigo expertise, and building systems knowledge to JLL’s Calgary facilities team.
