As Business Advisor, you will manage relationships with Small Business members and deliver tailored deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions. The position supports business growth through discovery meetings, networking, community engagement, and proactive outreach. You will also collaborate across Consumer, Commercial, Wealth, and Insurance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage an assigned portfolio of Small Business members
Conduct discovery meetings about business goals and opportunities
Integrate deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions
Underwrite, monitor,



and maintain business credit portfolios
Partner across teams to maximize cross-referrals
Requirements: Seven to ten years in financial services
Five to seven years managing small business portfolios
Understanding of financial accounting and credit underwriting
Knowledge of risk assessment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
