Support patient care in Markdale as a part time Personal Care Assistant, using assessment skills and current CPR under registered nursing guidance.
Reporting to the Manager, this Personal Care Assistant works under RN and RPN guidance within agreed care plans. The position supports routine patient care activities, cross-functional duties, and patient physical, social, and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assist with routine activities within agreed patient care plans
Perform cross-functional duties consistent with clinical classification
Promote patients’ physical, social, and emotional well-being
Support patient safety within assigned responsibilities




Comply with health and safety policies and regulations
Requirements: Recognized Personal Support Worker program certificate or relevant experience
Current CPR and recent healthcare facility experience
Successful completion of corporate Code White training
Excellent communication, organization, and patient assessment skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary healthcare teams
