Key Responsibilities:

• Build loyal customers through engagement, conversion, and contact capture
• Assist recruitment, training, development, and succession planning
• Maintain product knowledge across store Team Members
• Control payroll and service-driven scheduling
• Manage inventory, merchandise transfers, and visual directives

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of retail management experience
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
