Support faculty in using D2L Brightspace and various digital tools.This position reports to the Associate Dean of Health Sciences, Human Services, and Quality Assurance. The role requires solid pedagogical knowledge, technical expertise, and experience in educational technology. You'll work independently while collaborating with faculty to optimize the use of instructional tools and enhance learners' experiences.Key Responsibilities:Assist faculty with D2L Brightspace and other educational toolsProvide technical guidance on web-conferencing platformsDevelop media content using authoring toolsParticipate in cross-functional teams and communities of practiceRespond to inquiries related to education technologiesRequirements:Diploma in Educational Technology or related field2 years' experience in instructional design or e-learningKnowledge of learning theories and course designStrong multimedia authoring skillsUnderstanding of adult pedagogy principlesSupport effective learning environments by leveraging your educational technology skills at Northern Lights College.
