This Millwright position supports Saputo Dairy Products Edmonton Plant within a continuous 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will install and maintain mechanical systems while applying technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. The work includes conveyors, bottling and packaging lines, motors, gearboxes, homogenizers, heat exchangers, and related process equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain mechanical systems throughout the facility
Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
Complete preventative maintenance and accurate service records




Communicate with plant personnel about protected production processes
Follow OH&S;, WCB, GMP, and food safety requirements
Requirements: Millwright or Journeyman Certificate
Manufacturing industry experience; food processing experience is an asset
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within an integrated team
Membership in UNIFOR Local 445, or joining within 30 days
Apply mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment knowledge as a Millwright supporting Saputo’s Edmonton operations.
