As an individual contributor, you will shape engagement strategy with the Marketing Director and execute programs across the member base. The work spans email marketing, audience segmentation, campaign analytics, customer insights, webinars, events, and digital channels. You will help improve member experience and support renewals through relevant communications.
Key Responsibilities: Develop integrated strategies for research releases, launches, and core offerings
Manage email segmentation, timing, frequency, QA, and scheduling
Plan promotional campaigns for webinars and in-person events




Use testing and analytics to optimize campaign performance
Coordinate communication calendars across marketing and business teams
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Six or more years of performance-driven B2B marketing experience
Customer engagement and lifecycle marketing experience, including retention strategies
Hands-on email marketing, segmentation, and campaign analytics experience
Marketing automation experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or similar
Apply customer insight, lifecycle marketing, email strategy, and campaign analytics to strengthen McLean & Company member engagement.
