Lead soft services in Peterborough with ISS, coordinating cleaning, catering, front-of-house teams, and onsite workplace experience. The role is full-time and permanent.
As Soft Services Team Leader, you will manage onsite ISS placemakers and support ISS management and the Workplace Experience Lead. Your work will cover facilities management, client relationships, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. You will help enhance the customer and guest touchpoint journey while supporting workplace experience objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cleaning, catering, front-of-house, and soft services teams
Manage onsite ISS placemakers and promote positive team culture
Own and enhance the end-to-end touchpoint journey
Build relationships with colleagues, customers,



clients, and stakeholders
Implement continuous improvement and service enhancement opportunities
Requirements: Experience leading or managing a team
Knowledge of facilities and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid time management and organisational abilities
Microsoft Office experience and Health and Safety understanding
