Key Responsibilities: Support the Property Manager with daily property activities
Address current and prospective resident concerns professionally
Manage operations communication standards with residents
Conduct tours and lease units as required
Act as Property Manager during absences
Requirements: Post-secondary property management or related courses
Three or more years of related property management experience
Solid Microsoft Office skills
Yardi experience considered an asset
Excellent organizational and communication skills
