Key Responsibilities: Monitor purchase order system use and report procedural deviations
Enter approved hotel invoices into accounting software
Accrue invoices and prepare month-end journal entries
Prepare tax reconciliations for controller approval
Audit daily revenue, deposits, and ledger accuracy
Requirements: College or university graduation
Three years of similar-position experience
Hotel experience considered an asset
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Outstanding Plains Dynamics or NetSuite preferred
