This role oversees all aspects of pre-owned vehicle sales, including managing inventory, setting pricing strategies, and ensuring an efficient sales process from initial contact to closing. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of pre-owned vehicle sales, including used vehicle acquisition, managing inventory, setting pricing strategies, and ensuring an effective sales process from initial contact to closing.
Greet and qualify customers, conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate with finance or administrative staff as needed.
Structure profitable deals and collaborate with the finance, parts, body shop and customer service departments to maximize gross profit.




Track sales metrics and implement promotional activities.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance with company policies.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding used car volume and gross profit goals.
Strong knowledge of local used car market trends and valuation tools.
Comfort with computer applications and dealership or CRM software.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
