Armco Capital Inc. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented General Maintenance Worker. You will support property upkeep, apartment turnover preparation, resident requests, and general labour. The work includes interior and exterior areas, seasonal duties, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain interior and exterior common areas
Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks
Prepare apartments through painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
Inspect properties and report maintenance issues
Respond to basic resident service requests
Requirements: Building maintenance, construction, renovation, or general labour experience considered an asset
Good physical condition for manual labour
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Strong organization and independent work ability
Valid driver's license considered an asset
Support Armco Capital residents and properties through dependable maintenance, repairs, inspections, and apartment turnover preparation.
