The House Manager leads a dedicated team at Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island. Reporting to the Director of Family Programs & Impact, this role oversees daily activities while caring for the house and grounds. It also guides Home Coordinators and brings Foundation values to life.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the dedicated Jeneece Place team
Oversee day-to-day house activities
Care for the house and grounds
Guide Home Coordinators in their work
Maintain a protected, inclusive, comfortable family home
Requirements: Compassionate leadership approach
Ability to create welcoming, inclusive spaces
Ability to lead with empathy
Ability to model the Foundation’s vision
Ability to represent the Foundation publicly
