Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring
Collaborate with other construction professionals such as framers and carpenters to ensure proper installation of electrical components
Perform electrical inspections to identify potential issues or code violations
Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions




Upgrade electrical systems to meet safety standards and energy efficiency requirements
Keep accurate records of all work performed

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an electrician or in a related role
Proficient in frame carpentry, renovation, and building techniques
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments
Valid driver's license

Journeyman Electrician: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
Drivers Licence (preferred)
