Lead HVAC/R service operations in Sault Ste. Marie with technical expertise, team guidance, scheduling support, and strong customer relationships. GDI Ainsworth seeks a Working Foreperson for its AIN location.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee service work and support Service Technicians. The position combines equipment repairs, dispatch coordination, safety compliance, training, and operational planning. You will also support quoting, site visits, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day guidance and technical support to Service Technicians
Perform equipment service, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
Coordinate dispatch and oversee service delivery quality
Support planning, scheduling, staffing,



and project execution
Ensure safety compliance through inspections and meetings
Requirements: Ten years as a certified Journeyperson or related HVAR experience
Current refrigeration license and ODP card
Gas Fitter 1 certificate
Robust HVAC system design and building maintenance knowledge
Strong training, presentation, planning, and organization skills
Bring HVAC/R expertise, leadership, and operational coordination to support quality service delivery for GDI Ainsworth customers.
