Bring inventory accuracy and food safety knowledge to Maple Lodge Farms as an Inventory Coordinator at its Mississauga Madill facility. Work overnight Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, this coordinator manages fresh and frozen product accuracy. The position requires inventory experience, analytical problem-solving, and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of CFIA, GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, and quality standards supports consistent warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor inventory daily through cycle counts
Maintain safe warehouse environments and physical conditions
Coordinate with Operations, Shipping, and Quality Assurance
Provide backup for receiving, inventory, and shipping roles




Follow departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions
Requirements: Minimum five years’ food industry inventory experience
Knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards
Working knowledge of OHSA and WHMIS
Strong analytical, problem-identification, and problem-solving capabilities
Robust Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Apply inventory control, regulatory knowledge, and Excel expertise while supporting accurate fresh and frozen products overnight.
