As a Junior Product Engineering Designer, you will support product design development, improvement, and maintenance. Your work includes CAD modeling, engineering documentation, tolerance definition, and manufacturability considerations. You will contribute to launches, value engineering, testing, and continuous improvement alongside engineers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Create and revise accurate 3D product models
Prepare engineering drawings with tolerances and GD&T;
Support launches, design improvements, and value engineering
Create DVP&R; and FMEA documentation




Assist with prototyping, testing, and validation
Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
One to two years in product design or engineering drafting
Robust CAD skills for manufacturable designs
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing standards
Understanding of DFM, materials, and production processes
Bring CAD, technical documentation, and collaboration skills to Masco Canada’s onsite product engineering team in St. Thomas.
