YOUR MISSION Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you’ll act as an HR Generalist, supporting approximately 100 employees and a dozen managers.



As a trusted go-to person in their day-to-day work, you’ll provide guidance and advice across all areas of human resources management. You’ll play a key role in fostering a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment while actively contributing to the evolution of our HR practices across the studio.
YOUR TEAM You’ll be joining a team of friendly HR professionals who don’t take themselves too seriously and place a solid emphasis on empathy and active listening. We support our internal teams in the professional and personal development of their members, while helping maintain a warm and inclusive work environment and an engaging employee experience. We also help shape strategic decisions by staying at the forefront of the needs and challenges experienced by employees across the studio.
