Support resident wellness as a part time Registered Practical Nurse with S&R; Seniors Living, coordinating care and leading PSWs. Work in a seniors living home.
This Clinical department position serves Residents and their families within S&R; Seniors Living villages. As an RPN, you will assess new Residents with multidisciplinary professionals and guide daily care. Your work includes medication distribution, vital signs, glucose readings, care planning, and accurate charting. You will also communicate with families and support community care coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Work with multidisciplinary professionals to assess current Residents
Lead PSWs in providing Resident care
Distribute medication and take Resident vitals
Update care plans after changes in condition
Chart care, treatments, and condition changes accurately
Requirements: Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Registration must be in good standing
Vulnerable Sector Screening completed within six months
Bring registered nursing credentials, care planning, medication distribution, and team leadership to S&R; Seniors Living Residents.
