Lead loss prevention at SportChek through sales-floor presence, customer awareness, and secure product practices. This role supports employees and customers throughout the store.

Reporting to the Store General Manager, the Store Loss Prevention Lead reduces internal and external loss. You will execute the Loss Prevention Program, monitor high-risk hours, and coach associates. The work includes incident logging, product security, and communication with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead internal and external loss reduction efforts within the store
- Maintain Loss Prevention presence during high-risk hours
- Ensure customers are acknowledged throughout the store
- Secure high-value products and follow tagging standards




- Log incidents and share information with Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Six months of retail experience considered an asset
- Twelve months of Loss Prevention or security experience considered an asset
- Training and mentoring experience with employees
- Ability to lift and move containers weighing up to 50 pounds
