You will contribute resident feedback, participate in daily communication meetings, and help maintain individualized Plans of Care. Key Responsibilities:

• Notify the Director of Care about resident or family concerns
• Attend and actively participate in daily communication meetings
• Observe and report resident changes in condition

• Ability to complete nursing documentation under residence policies
• Ability to communicate courteously with residents, families, staff, and visitors
