Maintain Town of Newmarket facilities through carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment operation during a six-month contract. Respond to routine and unscheduled needs. This experienced, non-manager position supports Community Services, Parks & Facility Services. You will maintain physical plants and buildings, inspect equipment, manage supplies, and provide customer service. The work includes ice making, facility set-up, records, contractors, and staff guidance. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and unscheduled facility maintenance and repairs Inspect, maintain, and repair physical plant equipment Complete ice making and quality assurance activities Maintain supplies inventories, controls,
