As a Client Service Representative with ATB Financial’s Everyday Financial Services business unit, you will understand financial needs and goals. You will offer tailored solutions, introduce digital banking platforms, resolve issues, and help create positive client interactions. The role is unionized and may require travel to neighbouring branches.
Key Responsibilities: Engage clients to understand financial needs and goals
Provide tailored solutions and personalized financial guidance
Educate clients about digital banking tools and platforms
Process transactions accurately while maintaining branch asset security




Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Requirements: Grade 12 graduation with strong numerical aptitude
Proven customer service or sales experience
Adaptable, collaborative approach with a passion for helping others
Adaptability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Previous banking experience preferred; personal lending familiarity is an asset
Support ATB clients through banking guidance, digital education, secure transactions, and meaningful service from Stony Plain.
