Serve Northern Credit Union members part-time in Sault Ste. Marie using banking transactions, customer service, and financial product knowledge.
As a temporary Member Representative, you will collaborate with branch teams and internal partners across Northern Ontario. You will address member inquiries, analyze individual needs, and guide members toward suitable products and services. Accurate banking-system processing remains central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Address member inquiries with courteous, qualified communication
Analyze individual member needs and recommend suitable offerings
Explain available financial products and services
Process transactions accurately through the banking system
Handle cash and balance transactions within daily deadlines
Requirements: High school diploma and equivalent banking experience
Minimum one year of proven sales experience
Knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and systems
Moderate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
Ability to organize work and communicate effectively
Bring sales, transaction processing, and member service skills to Northern Credit Union’s Sault Ste. Marie branch team.
