The Human Resources Business Partner provides HR services within the Northern Human Resources Business Partnerships department. This position supports employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations. The HRBP also partners with operational leaders on strategy formulation and implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main HR services contact for operational leaders
Support employment, wellness, accommodation, performance, and labour relations
Provide advanced HR knowledge as a strategic partner




Support strategy formulation and implementation with operational leaders
Partner with leaders to help achieve business goals
Requirements: Three to five years of Human Resources experience
Experience across recruitment, labour law, and multiple HR disciplines
Experience in Health Care Management
Human Resources diploma or business undergraduate degree or diploma
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Bring analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and HR partnership expertise to operational leaders throughout Northern Saskatchewan.
