As a Security Officer, you oversee casino security while supporting a comfortable environment. You protect the company from theft and fraud while monitoring gaming operations. The position requires compliance with provincial gaming regulations, applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor
Respond quickly to guest inquiries
Control facility access and sensitive areas
Monitor alarm panels and issue keys
Write reports, logs, and investigation documentation
Requirements: Minimum six months of security experience
High level of customer service
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Computer and surveillance equipment experience
Ability to obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration
