As Logistics Shift Supervisor, you support the Operations Manager and deputize during absences. You lead, support, and train warehouse and logistics operatives while maintaining operational targets, procedures, safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and documentation standards. The role coordinates incoming and outgoing goods, addresses delivery discrepancies, and supports continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate shift resources for incoming, outgoing, and internal requirements
Allocate work and employee breaks to maintain coverage
Monitor productivity and provide constructive coaching
Maintain audit readiness, hygiene,



housekeeping, and warehouse organization
Deputize for the Warehouse Team Manager during absences
Requirements: Availability for permanent, on-site night work
Willingness to travel to the UK for training
