Lead customer service and retail sales at STRUCTUBE’s new Surrey store, guiding teams while showcasing modern furniture and accessories.
As Store Manager, you will represent the STRUCTUBE brand and oversee daily store performance. Your work includes customer service, sales leadership, inventory management, visual presentation, scheduling, and team development. You will also partner with the District Manager on recruitment and company goals.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and deliver high quality sales service
Manage inventory, receiving, loss prevention, and safety compliance
Coordinate visual presentation and store cleanliness
Control budgets, returns, exchanges, and employee schedules
Train, motivate, delegate, and develop store employees
Requirements: At least five years of retail experience
At least two years in a management position
Effective communication and organizational planning skills
Proven salesmanship, leadership, collaboration, and teamwork
Availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekend days
