Design learning solutions with CGIC as a Learning Specialist supporting instructional design, eLearning, and training delivery in a hybrid work model.
This temporary full-time, 12-month position supports learning and development functions within Underwriting. You will contribute to design, development, delivery, content management, and learning projects. The work includes instructional methods, adult learning principles, learning technologies, and authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities: Support content management strategy design and implementation within claims
Research tools that help end-users quickly find information
Develop learning outcomes, courses, programs, and modules
Use authoring tools to build eLearning and training materials
Deliver training,



evaluate effectiveness, and provide follow-up support
Requirements: One to three years of workplace learning experience
Post-secondary diploma in a related discipline
Chartered Insurance Qualified designation or progress toward it
Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles
Working knowledge of learning systems, tools, and software
Apply learning design, eLearning, and training delivery expertise while supporting Underwriting development initiatives at CGIC.
