Under the Resource Coordinator, you will support Home Care clients of all ages. The position assists frail, physically disabled, or mentally challenged clients. Services follow established care plans while requiring independent judgment, critical thinking, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care to assigned home care clients
Deliver home support services in clients' homes
Follow established plans of care
Determine work priorities and methods independently
Travel to regional facilities as duties require
Requirements: Grade 12 education
Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate
Valid Class 5 driver's licence and insured vehicle
Knowledge of Protected Food Handling
Ability to respect culturally diverse populations
Support Southern Health-Santé Sud clients in Steinbach through personal care, home support, independent judgment, and respectful service.
