As a Customer Support Engineer NZ, you will maintain customer relationships and provide technical advice on medical equipment, software, and hardware. The work covers installation, servicing, maintenance, and support across Philips medical imaging portfolios. Customer-facing service engineering experience and strong IT skills are significant for this work.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver corrective and preventative maintenance for medical equipment
Commission and install equipment, software, and hardware upgrades
Support sales activities from pre-sales through post-sales
Lead technical escalations through resolution and update stakeholders




Provide repairs minimizing customer downtime, including on-call support
Requirements: Tertiary qualification in electronics, electrical, or biomedical engineering
Customer-facing service engineering experience, preferably medical or biomedical
Hands-on experience with relevant medical imaging modalities highly regarded
Strong IT skills and customer-focused effectiveness
Full New Zealand driver’s licence and legal work rights
Support Philips customers through medical imaging maintenance, installation, technical advice, and repairs across New Zealand portfolios.
