Nedco, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., seeks an Inside Sales Representative for its electrical distribution business. You will process orders, inquiries, and quotations while confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives. The work also includes customer follow-up, outbound sales calls, and e-commerce assistance.
Key Responsibilities: Service customers directly by phone and email daily
Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives
Follow up with customers on quotations
Assist with e-commerce inquiries and make outbound calls
Requirements: Minimum two years of inside sales or customer service experience
Effective communication and customer relationship-building ability
Solid multitasking and time management skills
Electrical business product knowledge
AS400 or electrical apprenticeship experience is an asset
