As Training Manager, you will develop content, deliver modules and assessments, and manage Trainer roles. You will support employees and customers through learning programs. The work includes John Deere and short-line product training, regional focus areas, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver training modules for employees and customers
Create and adapt content for regional priorities
Organize equipment and training requirements
Establish short and long-term training goals
Coordinate schedules with the Training Coordinator
Requirements: Experience facilitating adult learning programs
Robust presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Technical experience diagnosing basic electrical products
Experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
Extensive agriculture-related or dealership experience preferred
Bring agricultural knowledge, presentation strength, and technical understanding to training employees and customers at Pattison Agriculture locations.
