Paladin Security seeks a full-time Security Dispatcher for Brampton Civic Hospital in Brampton. This central communications role coordinates responses while supporting a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Experience with access controls, CCTV cameras, incident documentation, and security dispatching is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Track and deploy security personnel across the hospital
Use two-way radios and Perspective software for coordination
Monitor fire, life safety, parking, access, and CCTV systems




Receive incident calls and document details accurately
Assign reports and report suspicious activity to authorities
Requirements: Minimum two years of security or related experience
Post-secondary Law Enforcement or Security program education
Working knowledge of applicable Ontario legislation
Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
English fluency, interpersonal skills, and required checks
