Title : Vice President, Marketing & Leasing

Location:
Vancouver / Kelowna, BC UBC Properties Trust is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, Marketing & Leasing to lead marketing, branding, communications, and leasing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead portfolio-wide marketing and leasing strategy
• Drive occupancy, leasing revenue, and resident retention
• Oversee residential and commercial leasing programs
• Partner with development, asset management, and executive leadership teams
• Guide brand positioning, communications, and community engagement
• Manage budgets, agencies, leasing partners, and high-performing teams
• Present strategy and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications:
• 15+ years of marketing and leasing experience




• 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role
• Real estate, property management, or development industry experience
• Solid residential and/or commercial leasing expertise
• Experience with lease-up strategies, rental pricing, and tenant retention
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is an asset) Preferred Background:
