We are seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, Data Products to play a foundational role in designing and delivering next-generation data solutions. This position requires a highly technical leader who thrives in ambiguous environments, drives innovation from concept to production, and partners across engineering, product, and platform teams to build impactful data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and development of data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization frameworks that power scalable data products and analytics solutions.
- Design and deliver integrations with external platforms and enterprise systems to enrich data ecosystems and create connected user experiences.
- Build and enhance data-sharing capabilities that enable customers and internal stakeholders to access trusted data through modern analytics and data platform technologies.
- Develop APIs, services, dashboards, and data products that convert complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence and operational insights.
- Define and implement operational readiness standards, reliability practices, monitoring strategies, and performance expectations for production systems.
- Translate complex and evolving business requirements into clear technical roadmaps and scalable engineering solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies and align priorities across platform, infrastructure, data,



and product teams.
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership, architecture reviews, coding best practices, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve development efficiency, delivery speed, and system performance.
- Champion engineering excellence, documentation, knowledge sharing, and long-term maintainability across the organization.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading the design, development, and delivery of large-scale product or platform systems across multiple teams.
- Strong technical leadership with the ability to influence architecture, engineering strategy, and business outcomes.
- Deep full-stack development expertise with experience building distributed systems, APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages and technologies such as Go, Node.js, Ruby, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data platforms, analytics systems, data warehousing, graph-based technologies, event-driven architectures, or large-scale data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, intelligent workflows, automation solutions, or data-driven product capabilities.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, observability practices, system reliability, and multi-tenant software platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Robust documentation habits and the ability to clearly communicate design decisions and technical trade-offs.
- Passion for mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards across teams.
