This experienced Human Resources Generalist role requires five or more years of progressive experience. You will manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and apply Ontario employment legislation. The position also covers performance management, documentation, conflict resolution, and HRIS records. Previous manufacturing HR experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead workplace investigations from intake through findings and recommendations
Interview employees and assess relevant workplace information
Document investigations and prepare clear recommendations
Advise leaders on conflict, conduct,



and disciplinary matters
Apply company policies consistently across employee relations matters
Requirements: Five or more years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment
Independent workplace investigation experience
Robust knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
Excellent interviewing, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills
