Genesis Service Advisor Pay Rate: $50000 - 60000 per year Schlueter Hyundai

Be part of the most exciting new luxury automotive brand! Join the growing service team at Genesis Kitchener-Waterloo, located in a new luxury facility at 2385 Shirley Drive, Kitchener.

We offer a supportive environment with efficient processes, teamwork, and coaching. Manufacturer specific training is provided through web-based training modules. We use PBS as our dealer software, familiarity with it is a bonus but not required.

The position includes a base salary, along with a monthly bonus earned on customer satisfaction scores.

Customer service is our top priority as we strive to exceed the expectations of all our guests.

Automotive Service Advisor

Requirements

Customer Service experience

Service and/or parts advisor experience

Basic automotive mechanical knowledge

Ability to communicate with guests and write repair orders containing required services and recommendations.

Organized and able work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Wanting to be the best in your field.

Experience:

Automotive Service Advisor: 1 year minimum (required)

License/Certification:

Canadian Residency or Valid Canadian Work Permit (required)

Valid G-Driver’s License

Work Location: 2385 Shirley Drive, Kitchener, Ontario
