Lead equipment certification and safety training for Sunbelt Rentals customers through instructor-led and virtual training modalities. Travel may be required.
As a Customer Training Specialist, you will teach adult learners across wide-ranging safety topics and maintain required equipment operator certifications. The work includes customer classes, Train the Trainer courses, practical evaluations, and safety advising. You will also support sales and Certified Evaluators.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct equipment operator certification and general safety training
Publish three-month rolling public class schedules
Complete training records and trigger wallet card issuance
Provide practical evaluations and Train the Trainer courses
Advise customers and employees on safety standards
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum five years of related work experience
Heavy equipment experience and certification
Knowledge of safety standards, practices, and regulations
Adult learning methods and Microsoft Office proficiency
Apply equipment expertise, adult learning methods, and safety knowledge to deliver training for Sunbelt Rentals customers.
