As a Department Associate with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you support retail operations for CAF members, veterans, and families. You help maintain departments, provide product guidance, address concerns, and contribute to customer satisfaction. The work includes modernized technology and varied retail services.
Key Responsibilities: Set up departments and keep shelves stocked, faced, and signed
Provide technical and qualified guidance on sales and products
Address customer concerns and complaints to support satisfaction
Assist with product ordering and price new inventory




Operate point-of-sale systems, payment machines, and maintain floats
Requirements: Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience
Experience in retail and convenience operations
Experience handling cash and processing customer transactions
Experience in sales and merchandising
English essential and moderate lifting ability required
Bring retail operations, merchandising, cash handling, and client focus to CFMWS services supporting Canadian Armed Forces communities across Ontario.
