As an Assistant Manager, you support restaurant operations and perform Shift Manager duties while managing staff of four to twelve. You help prepare food, maintain cleanliness, coordinate training for promotions, and support product ordering. The position requires restaurant experience, preferably with supervisory experience, plus robust communication.
Key Responsibilities: Provide an excellent Guest experience throughout restaurant operations
Schedule, supervise, assign, and evaluate staff work
Control inventory and assist with product ordering




Coordinate training for special events and promotions
Maintain food, cleanliness, safety, and security standards
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a restaurant operation
Preferably supervisory experience in restaurant operations
Excellent communication with all levels of team members
Ability to operate computerized point of sale systems
Use restaurant supervision, inventory control, and communication skills to support Subway Guests, staff, food service, and daily operations.
