Deliver resident-centred nursing care at Villa Santa Maria Community in Woodbridge, using assessment, medication administration, and skilled procedures.
Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Nurse assesses resident needs and plans individualized care. You will administer medications, document care, and provide nursing services according to policies, legislation, regulatory scope, and Sienna Senior Living standards. The role supports residents’ physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident nursing care
Administer medications and perform skilled nursing procedures
Develop and evaluate resident care and goal plans
Participate in interdisciplinary conferences about resident care




Document care according to quality management requirements
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent
Current Ontario Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses
Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
Effective English verbal and written communication skills
Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Support seniors with compassionate assessment, medication administration, documentation, and dignified care at Villa Santa Maria Community.
