Prepare guest dishes at SSP Canada’s Kelowna International Airport as a Line Cook, using recipes and maintaining an organized kitchen station.
SSP Canada Line Cooks receive food orders, prepare dishes, and make products and tools accessible during each shift. This Back of House position supports restaurant operations across the airport portfolio, including White Spot, Okanagan Vintner's Exchange, Ellison Field, Subway, and Tim Hortons. A secure airport workplace requires a Restricted Area Identification Card.
Key Responsibilities: Follow recipes, portions, garnishes, and presentation standards
Set up kitchen stations with products, tools, and supplies
Handle, store, and rotate fresh, dry, and frozen products
Clean workstations, storage areas,



refrigerators, freezers, and bins
Take manager instructions and complete shift-end stock checks
Requirements: Minimum one year of food service experience
High school diploma preferred
Essential verbal and written communication skills
Basic mathematical skills and food handler permit
Ability to stand in confined spaces for extended periods
